Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026 · Version 1.0

Overview

Deep in Space is an offline, single-player iPhone game. Your privacy is simple: the app does not collect, track, transmit, or sell personal data.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, gameplay analytics, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, advertising data, diagnostics, or usage history through the app.

Local game data

Game progress, secured resources, crafted equipment, unlocked content, loadout choices, and settings are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not transmitted to us.

Accounts, advertising, and purchases

Deep in Space has no account system, advertisements, subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking technologies.

Children’s privacy

Because the app does not collect personal data from any player, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Support and external services

If you voluntarily request support through our GitHub Issues page, the information you submit is processed by GitHub under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not include passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal data in a support request.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those changes take effect. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
